Reflecting on your patterns, get clear on whats holding you back and the life you want to manifset.

Detox Breathwork

Where you reprogram yourself in real time. You’ll be led through a breathwork journey designed to help you release tension, process stored emotions and reset your nervous system. Concious connected breathing for upto an hour.
This is deep transformational work and can only be done with traind professionals.

Connection Circle

We''ll finish with a soft transition into reflection and a relaxed space to connect with others. You will take notes to record your journey and share what you feel with the group.

Chris Peachey

YogFit Coach | Podcast Host | Man on a mission

I once struggled so badly with my mental health that I genuinely thought I had schizophrenia. In reality, it was extreme anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD. I also believed coeliac disease was a life sentence and would never be able to eat gluten without getting violently ill.

My search for answers took me across Australia and India, investing over $50,000 in myself, diving into both ancient traditions and cutting-edge science. What I found changed everything: the mind’s true power, the body’s intelligence, and how to completely heal all of it, without pharmaceuticals. (See brain scans below)

I've now taught, faciliated and coached, over 1500 people accross 5 countries.

I don’t just teach this stuff — I live and breathe it. Every session is rooted in my ownand my clients lived experiences of transformation, resilience and relentless determination.

Now, I’m on a mission to help others unlock that same power within.
Because the truth is: You already have the tools — I’m just here to help you remember how to use them.

Mardi Watts

My work focuses on helping people understand and work with their nervous system so they can think clearly, perform well, and feel more confident in their body.

I came into this work through my own experience with injury, persistent pain, and the frustration of trying to fix problems purely through physical approaches. These injuries and the pain affected my mental health to the point where I had to step away prematurely from elite sport. At my lowest, I thought I’d never be able to push myself physically again.

I turned to meditation as a last resort to heal my body and find some peace with myself in the next chapter of my life. What I discovered was how strongly our thoughts, emotions, and stored stress patterns influence the way our body feels and performs.

Since then, I’ve spent years studying and teaching practices that help people slow down enough to become aware of what is actually happening internally. Through meditation, breathwork, and guided inner work, I help people regulate themselves, process what has been building under the surface, and move forward with more clarity and stability.

Alongside running workshops and coaching programs, I’m currently completing a Master’s in Neuroscience, continuing to deepen my understanding of the brain, behaviour, and the nervous system.

What is breathwork, exactly?

Breathwork refers to controlled breathing techniques that influence your nervous system, mind, and body.
By shifting how you breathe, you can calm your stress response, access buried emotions, improve focus, and feel more present.

Can breathing really change how I feel?

Yes — and it happens fast.

Your breath directly controls your nervous system — when you’re stressed, it speeds up and gets shallow. When you breathe deeply & intentionally, your body gets the message that you’re safe and can relax.

This affects everything: sleep, mood, even digestion.

Did you really reverse your coeliac disease symptoms?

Technically, doctors and the internet told me it was incurable. I used to get violently ill from eating even small amounts of gluten — vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhoea. After making radical changes to my body and mind, and focusing on healing my nervous system and gut, I now live symptom-free and can eat gluten without fear.

I can’t promise breathwork alone will cure anything — but it helped me heal in ways I never thought were possible.

What if I feel emotional during the session?

That’s normal — and welcome.
We store emotions in our bodies. When you finally give yourself permission to breathe fully, those emotions can surface. This is a safe space to feel & let go.

What should I bring or wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move & lie down in. Everything else is included!!!

Will this really make a difference in 5 hours?

Yes — if you show up open-minded & willing, you’ll walk away feeling lighter & clearer. Some people also discover emotions or clarity they didn’t expect.

Do I need experience?

Not at all.

This is for beginners, the curious, and anyone who just wants to feel better.

What does the Intergration session include?

Sessions run for up to 30 minutes, either on the phone or in person, and are tailored specifically to your needs.
